1. Acknowledgement

Your access to, and browsing, review, and use of the Website is subject to these Terms & Conditions (T&C) and all applicable laws. By accessing, registering and using the Website, you accept these T&C or to modifications that Addeez may make to this T&C in the future, without limitation or qualification. You further confirm that you have read this T&C and accept and agree to be bound by its terms with free consent.

If you do not agree to abide by the T&C, do not use the Website. If, at any time, any part of the T&C is no longer acceptable to you, immediately terminate your use of the Website.

At Addeez, we are organizing the unorganized car care market by bringing together all the car care service providers on a single platform, so that customers can compare and book services as per their budget and needs, all without the hassle of searching around.

2. Eligibility

The services of the Website are available only to persons who are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are incompetent to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 — including un-discharged insolvents, minors, etc. — are not eligible for the services provided by this Website and hence shall not register as a user or transact on this Website.

3. Scope

For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that these T&C shall apply to all Services whether offered by Addeez, its Subsidiaries or its Affiliates or Partners via this Website.

4. Definitions

In these T&C, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall bear the meanings ascribed to them below:

• •Affiliate — an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party.
• •Addeez / we / us / our / company — Addeez Autotech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at B-175, Pebble Bay, Phase-1, Bagmugaliya, Bhopal, 462043.
• •You / Your / Customer / Client / User / Car Owner — an individual or legal entity accessing the Addeez Website to utilize Addeez services, irrespective of the nature or duration of the Services, including those availing Free Services.
• •Disclosing Party — the party disclosing confidential information.
• •Effective Date — the date of your acceptance of these T&C.
• •Party / Parties — Addeez or the client, individually or collectively.
• •Planned Downtime — the period during which the Services may be shut down for planned maintenance of the Website.
• •Privacy Policy — our privacy policy set out at addeez.com/privacy.
• •Receiving Party — the party receiving confidential information.
• •Service Fees — the amounts you are required to pay for using any of the Services.
• •Services — any services provided by our platform, including but not limited to car care, car detailing, auto care, and auto detailing.
• •Channel Partner — any car detailing studio, car wash center, multi-brand workshop, franchise-based detailing studio, or on-door service provider/individual listed on Addeez.
• •Start Date — the date of commencement of the Services.
• •T&C — these Terms & Conditions between Addeez and you, along with any modifications notified from time to time.
• •Users — anyone who accesses or uses the Addeez platform, including customers and service providers.
• •Website — www.addeez.com as well as the mobile application, software, platform, or online portal connected thereto.

5. Term

These T&C shall be effective from the Effective Date and be binding between you and Addeez till the completion of all obligations undertaken pursuant hereto, unless terminated earlier in accordance with these T&C.

This T&C shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Website or are otherwise a User, Car Owner, or Member of the Website. You may terminate your use or participation by following the instructions for terminating user accounts in your account settings, if available, or by contacting us using the contact information below.

6. Third Party Websites and Content

The Website contains links to other websites ("Third Party Websites") as well as content belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third Party Content").

• •Such Third Party Websites and Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for them.
• •Inclusion of, or linking to, any Third Party Website or Content does not imply our approval or endorsement.
• •If you access Third Party Websites or Content, you do so at your own risk — our T&C and policies no longer govern.
• •You should review the applicable terms and privacy practices of any site you navigate to from our Website.
• •Purchases made through Third Party Websites are exclusively between you and that third party; Addeez takes no responsibility.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

• •We own or have rights to all worldwide intellectual property rights in and to the Addeez Website, Platform, Application, and Software. Suggestions, feedback, or recommendations you provide relating to the Services shall be owned by us.
• •You agree not to copy, rent, lease, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services or Platform, except as expressly authorized in writing by us.
• •Your Rights: You own any data or material you originate and submit. We have no ownership rights in your data; you are solely responsible for its accuracy, legality, and your right to use it. You grant us the right to use your data only as necessary to provide the Services.
• •You permit us to use your name, website address, and logo in our marketing material during and after active engagement.

8. Limited Warranties

This Website and all materials, products, and services included or made available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind except as otherwise specified in writing. Addeez does not warrant that:

Reservation of Rights

• •The Website will be constantly available, or that its information is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.
• •Addeez will be liable in any way in connection with the content or use of the Website.
• •The Website, its content, or electronic communications from us are free of viruses or other harmful components.
• •Under no circumstances shall the Website, third-party content providers, or their affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Website.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to: modify or discontinue any services or features without prior notice; adjust prices or fees at any time; and refuse, restrict, or cancel orders due to policy violations, inventory limitations, or other factors — to ensure service quality, compliance, and flexibility.

9. Payment

• •Users can pay via remote third-party services (Payment Gateway, UPI, etc.) or directly through our Website.
• •We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from lack of transaction authorization, exceeding preset bank limits, or any other payment decline reasons.
• •Accepted payment methods include UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets, and EMI (where applicable).
• •All payments must be made compulsorily in Indian Rupees. The Website does not facilitate transactions in any other currency.
• •Upon selecting a payment method, you'll be redirected to a secure third-party payment gateway to complete the transaction.
• •You'll receive a confirmation email once payment is successfully processed — please retain this for your records.
• •Refund requests are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• •You authorize the Website to collect, process, facilitate, and remit payments electronically. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable tax laws.
• •The payment facility is neither a banking nor financial service, but merely a facilitator for electronic payment collection and remittance using existing banking infrastructure.
• •The Website reserves the right to impose transaction limits and to refuse to process transactions exceeding such limits or from users with a history of questionable charges.
• •All Online Bank Transfers are governed by the T&C agreed between the User and the respective Issuing Bank.

10. User Data

• •We maintain certain data you transfer to the Website for the performance of Addeez Services and data relating to your use of the Services. We restore backups automatically in the event of hardware failure and prioritize the safety of your data through robust security measures, though you remain primarily responsible for all data you transfer or activity you undertake.
• •Addeez shall have no liability for any loss or corruption of such data, and you waive any right of action against Addeez arising from such loss.

11. Breach

You may not use the Website for any purpose other than that for which Addeez makes it available, or in connection with unauthorized commercial endeavors. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to:

• •Criminal or tortious activity.
• •Systematic retrieval of data to create a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission.
• •Unauthorized use of the Services, including collecting user emails for unsolicited messaging or creating accounts under false pretenses.
• •Tricking, defrauding, or misleading Addeez or other users, including attempts to obtain sensitive account information.
• •Automated data mining, robots, or similar data gathering/extraction tools.
• •Interfering with, disrupting, or burdening the Website or connected networks.
• •Impersonating another user or person.
• •Selling or transferring your profile.
• •Using information from the Website to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• •Using the Services to compete with Addeez or provide services as a service bureau.
• •Deciphering, decompiling, disassembling, or reverse-engineering our software.
• •Attempting to bypass access or restriction measures.
• •Harassing, intimidating, or threatening Addeez employees or agents.
• •Deleting copyright or proprietary rights notices from Website content.
• •Using or launching unauthorized bots, scrapers, or scripts (outside standard browser/search engine use).
• •Using the Website in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws and regulations.

12. Maintenance and Support

• •Addeez is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Website and Mobile Application, as specified in this T&C.
• •Addeez will make an effort to notify Users and Channel Partners in advance of scheduled downtime, but is not obligated to do so.

13. Suspension of Services

• •We may suspend your account access immediately if there is unauthorized access to your account, a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, use in violation of applicable law, or a risk posed to the Website or other users.
• •This is without prejudice to other remedies available under these T&C or applicable law.
• •Addeez reserves the right to block certain IP addresses from accessing the Website to protect service integrity.

14. Termination

• •Addeez reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Website and Services to any person for any reason, including breach of these T&C, and may terminate your participation and delete your profile or content at any time.
• •If you discontinue Services before the end of the applicable term, any refund of Service Fees already paid is governed by our Refund Policy.
• •If a customer bypasses Addeez and directly engages with a vendor, modifies services, or negotiates pricing without involving Addeez, Addeez reserves the right to take appropriate action.

15. Consequences of Termination

• •Upon expiry or termination of any Services, all payments due and payable shall immediately become due, irrespective of the billing cycle.
• •You agree that we are not liable for any deletion of your account.

16. Use of Information Submitted

• •The mobile number and email ID provided at signup should be accurate and in working condition.
• •All information provided during sign-up is kept confidential and used exclusively for official purposes.
• •Contact details are used to inform you of technical failures, downtime, service changes, or policy updates, and to maintain two-way official communication.
• •Addeez maintains a record of users' IP addresses to track geographical location for service provision and to monitor fraudulent activity.
• •You can modify your personal information by logging into your Addeez account.
• •By your consent, Addeez may send information via SMS, email, WhatsApp, RCS, or voice calls. You may opt out of future communications at any time via www.addeez.com.

17. Guidelines for Reviews

Users can publish reviews, ratings, comments, images, and videos for Channel Partners. Addeez may accept, reject, or remove reviews at its sole discretion and has no obligation to screen or delete reviews.

Reviewers should:

• •Have firsthand experience with the person or entity being reviewed.
• •Avoid offensive language, profanity, or abusive, racist, or hateful content, and discriminatory references.
• •Not be affiliated with competitors when posting negative reviews.
• •Not make conclusions about the legality of conduct.
• •Not post false statements or organize campaigns encouraging others to post reviews.

Reviews are not endorsed by Addeez and do not represent our views or those of our affiliates. By posting a review, you grant Addeez a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to reproduce, modify, translate, transmit, display, and distribute that content.

18. Submissions

Any questions, comments, suggestions, or feedback ("Submissions") you provide about the Website or Services are non-confidential, and Addeez is entitled to unrestricted use and dissemination of Submissions for any purpose, without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

19. Survival

• •For Free Services, we do not undertake to provide access to or a copy of data stored in your account post-termination; such data will be deleted from the Website.
• •Provisions which by their nature survive termination — including intellectual property, data privacy, confidentiality, indemnity, and dispute resolution — shall survive for as long as necessary to fulfill their purpose.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal (MP), India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or in connection with these T&C, and you agree to irrevocably submit to such jurisdiction. Your use of Addeez Services may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.

21. Privacy Policy

We view protection of your privacy as a core principle. Our Privacy Policy governs our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information and is incorporated into and forms an integral part of these T&C. By using Addeez Services, you specifically consent to our Privacy Policy.

22. Confidentiality

• •The Services may contain information confidential to Addeez, including anything designated as such or recognizable as a trade or business secret.
• •Each User shall use commercially reasonable efforts to keep Addeez's confidential information confidential.
• •You shall not disclose confidential information except as required by law, notifying Addeez immediately of any such disclosure.
• •We reserve the right to disclose information when compelled by law, regulation, or governmental request, providing notice where permissible.
• •Addeez reserves the right to disclose user information to comply with legal requirements, enforce these Terms, or protect our rights and safety.
• •No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure; however, we employ industry-standard security practices.
• •Users must seek explicit written permission from Addeez before sharing, downloading, or distributing any data outside specified purposes.

23. Waiver

Failure of Addeez to require performance of any provision shall not affect our right to full performance thereafter, and any waiver of a breach shall not constitute a waiver of any future or other breach. No waiver is effective unless in writing and executed by an authorized Addeez representative.

24. Entire T&C

These T&C, the Privacy Policy, and our Cancellation, Cookie & Refund Policy, including all related agreements incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Addeez related to this subject matter.

25. Independent Rights

Each right of Addeez is independent, cumulative, and without prejudice to all other rights available under law or equity. Exercise or non-exercise of any right does not constitute a waiver of any other right.

26. Assignment

This T&C is personal and not assignable or transferable by you. We may assign, transfer, or delegate our rights and obligations to any person without your consent.

27. No Agency

No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these T&C, and neither party has authority to bind the other.

28. Notices

• •Notices from Users to Addeez shall be in writing, in English, delivered by hand, registered mail, fax with confirmation, or email with confirmation of receipt.
• •Notice is deemed given only upon receipt by Addeez. Electronic notices should be sent to Addeez at 26, Deepak Society, Chuna Bhatti, Kolar Road, 462016, Bhopal, MP. Addeez will send notices to Users via the email address provided.

29. Force Majeure

Addeez shall not be liable for failure to fulfill any obligation due to force majeure or reasons beyond its control, including acts of God, government action, cyberattacks, power failures, environmental factors, labor unrest, war, riots, embargoes, natural disasters, terrorism, epidemics, utility outages, or any unforeseen change in circumstances.

30. Amendment

• •Addeez reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these T&C at any time without prior notice; material changes will be announced on the Website, where the latest version is always available.
• •Amendments take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the amended T&C.
• •We encourage you to review the T&C whenever you use the Services. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using the Website or Services.

31. Indemnity

• •You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Addeez and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any loss, damage, liability, or claim (including reasonable attorneys' fees) made by a third party arising from your content, use of the Services, or breach of this T&C.
• •Addeez reserves the right, at your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter requiring your indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.
• •Addeez will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any claim subject to this indemnification.

32. Dispute Resolution

• •Any dispute arising under this T&C shall first be resolved amicably between the parties.
• •If unresolved within 30 days of notice, Addeez may elect binding arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator appointed by Addeez. Arbitration shall be conducted in English via secure online platforms.
• •This clause does not preclude either party from seeking injunctive or urgent interim relief.
• •Arbitration proceedings and outcomes shall remain confidential except as required by law or for enforcement of the award.
• •All administrative fees and expenses of arbitration will be borne by the prevailing party.

33. Interpretation

These T&C may have been translated for your convenience. In the event of any dispute, the original English text shall prevail.
